Maze overview
After leaving the burning house and finding Chris's empty car, Henry heads into the cornfield to look for his brother. The maze is dark but compact, and there is a red square marker to help orient you.
The follow-the-left-wall trick
The classic maze-solving method works perfectly here: keep your left hand (left side) always touching the wall of corn and walk forward. By never letting go of the left wall, you are guaranteed to traverse the maze to its exit.
Getting through quickly
- Enter the cornfield and pick the left wall immediately.
- Hold left and keep moving; take every left turn the wall offers.
- Ignore dead ends - the left-wall rule loops you back out automatically.
- Continue until the path opens into the final area.
What waits at the end
At the end of the maze you find something - and it is not Chris. This triggers the closing cutscene of Volume 1. Do not expect a reunion; the cliffhanger is intentional and sets up Volume 2.
